“What is your goal for next week?”

This is easy. I need to continue to make healthy food choices, get my water in, and start exercising. I go for my blood work on Monday morning before work. I will start my thyroid meds back up most likely Tuesday morning. I really have to get my hormones in order so that I can feel better. My energy has pretty much been in the negative these last few months. I am hoping that changes here real soon.

Simple goals. Easy goals. Very important goals.

  1. Sounds like good goals!! I am on thyroid med now also and think it is helping. I try to take it when I wake up during the night since I am supposed to take it on an empty stomach and once I wake up, I need my coffee right away! My hormone replacement therapy seems to also be helping. Have been finding some good keto recipes on pinterest. It’s a daily struggle but worth it. The stepper I got for Christmas is a big help to getting in more steps daily. Put it in front of my sofa so that when I am watching TV I can still be productive in getting my steps in! And with my back problems, it also helps with walking issues. Hang in there..baby steps!
