“What is your priority this week?”

My priorities this week are to keep focus on water intake and healthy food choices, and to exercise EVERY DAY of the week, from Monday morning until Sunday. Sunday is a busy day with laundry and food prep for the week and such. When adding in the exercise, I usually go gung-ho for a couple of weeks, then give up. I cannot do that this time. I need to make it a priority from here on out. I need to make ME a priority.

They say it takes about 30 days for something to become a habit. I need to make it to 30 days…. wish me luck!
