“What good habit do you want to develop?”
I want to exercise every day. Every.single.day.
So far, I’m not doing that. I seem to be running in circles in every aspect of my life, except physically. 🙄
I need to get my house in order. My office is in big need of organizing. The laundry is out of control. This place is a cluttered mess. I think once I clean this place, my mind will feel less cluttered, and I can move on to focusing on other things, like taking 30 lousy minutes a day for just ME… to exercise.
