“What is your goal for next week?”
This is easy. I need to continue to make healthy food choices, get my water in, and start exercising. I go for my blood work on Monday morning before work. I will start my thyroid meds back up most likely Tuesday morning. I really have to get my hormones in order so that I can feel better. My energy has pretty much been in the negative these last few months. I am hoping that changes here real soon.
Simple goals. Easy goals. Very important goals.
