“What was the last self-care thing you did?”
Hm. Well, I’ve been trying to drink enough water each day. I’ve also been eating better. I’ve started doing exercises I learned in PT for my knee, because it’s been bothering me a lot. I’ve started doing various stretches each morning to loosen up these old bones. I’m working towards moving more every day. I need to get healthier.
As for my mental health, I just ordered a shit ton of stuff so I can get back to making stuff with my Cricut. I can never seem to actually sell anything, but creating little things makes me happy.
I’m a week or so, I’m getting a mani/pedi, and going for a massage. Looking forward to that!!
