“What are your goals for the next month.”

My goals are to continue on trying to eat well, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Also, to get my other blog up and running. I am going to copy and paste these posts over to there, so that I have it all in one place. I will have a separate page to post my exercise stuffs so as not to inundate people with my crap. Lol.
