“What’s holding you back from improving your lifestyle?
Ugh. I have a health issue or two that causes extreme fatigue, low iron, hormonal imbalances galore, so… this isn’t just me being whiny, and woe-is-me.
My fatigue is not the same as other folks. It’s all-consuming. All I can do to combat it, is to sleep when it hits. This, in combination with my life-long inner-night owl is a very bad mix.
I am currently trying to once again address the situation.. I know that if I can get my hormones in order, I won’t feel like a wet noodle all the time. I think that at that point, procrastination will go away. I only procrastinate because of how freaking drained I am all the time.
So, my goal is to feel better through medicine, which will allow me to have the energy and desire to exercise.. and I KNOW I will feel better as I get stronger and healthier..
